T bar handle choke knob
Putting some wood veneer dash in recently but the t-bar handle knob for the choke means I can’t fit it over it. Is it possible just to remove the choke knob but not having to take out all the cable? looks like it could be welded to the cable..

Re: Windscreen washer electric pump
Thanks found it now in place. My next challenge is getting the water to flow. Motor is buzzing but no flow. I’m guessing I need to blow the water to touch the motor nipple thing first in order for it to catch the water and then flow. I’ve taken out the green funk on the filter end.. Is this the righ...

I rummaged around in the bay and found the washer pump was hanging relatively free with one side of it melted as I guess had been touching part of the engine. Checked the green wires and they were providing ...

Re: Advice needed
Looks like my wiring is stuffed..car is turning over but cooling fan doesn’t engage, wipers slow and no washers with a nice ignition light stuck on. I’ll check the alternator for charge but I’m assuming that if it’s not producing enough the cooling fan won’t operate..don’t want to risk an overheat A...

Re: Advice needed
Anyone have any ideas about the windscreen washers. At the moment mine aren’t operationally (yes I have filled the bag). Is it a fuse I need to check..I’m thinking also because my ignition light is on it may not be getting any power through? or could it be a faulty switch on steering column? Any hel...

Re: Advice needed
Thanks everyone really helpful. I have the original le wheels and can see the point of not replacing given they’re original though for me I do prefer a wire wheel though appreciate it might not be in keeping with the car. Another thought is whether with the rubber bumper with the wire wheels would a...

Looks like sunroof has shrunk a bit somehow and whilst no sign of any water coming in keen to fix. I see you can get just r...
