Ken and his wife Barby were from Yorkshire and moved to California back in the 1980's. He was a great MGB man.

It is with tremendous sadness that I must report on the passing of Ken Smith.
As many of you know, Ken was a founding member of NAMGBR and served as the first editor of the MGB Driver. He later served as the MGB Registrar and was the current MGB LE Registrar. Ken was a longtime member of the Moss team, serving as club liaison and editor of Moss Motoring. Ken was also co-editor of North American Classic MG Magazine and served in the RAF in his younger days.
Ken passed away peacefully and comfortably this morning, with Barby and his two sons by his side.
He was an amazing MG enthusiast and will be missed by all who knew him.
