Seeing Michael Dunn's note re possible informal get togethers leads me to ask if anybody in the Bordon / Petersfield areas of Hampshire would be interested in similar.

Like Michael, retired, so day times not an issue either.

As an aside, my son runs a "proper" Mini and belongs to a Forum based group down this way. Totally informal, it is HUGELY successful with well over twenty Minis quite normal at their Wednesday evening roving meets. Nice to see so many young enthusiasts too.

Food for thought perhaps.

This is not meant to take away anything from the truly excellent formal car clubs without whom none of us would be running old cars at all.
