Iridium spark plugs

Has anyone used these in an MGB what's the opinions on them good or bad.!?

Hi Robert, since no-one else has replied I will throw in my opinion for what it's worth!

I believe these are expensive plugs? I am sure they would ignite the fuel as well as any, but I would think they are not really required in a B series engine.
If you have a super tuned high horsepower engine with a high CR, they just might be required, but for most of us the appropriate NGK plug will be perfectly adequate.

Iridium tipped plugs are designed for longer life to fit in with extended service intervals in more modern cars, sometimes up to 70,000 or even 100,000 miles for some manufacturers!

So, as our classics get a much lower miles / service interval, the extra cost of these plugs is not needed. Just stick to a reliable brand, NGK for me! and make sure you keep a regular service schedule recorded.
