Posts "freezing"

I am having recurring problems when typing a posting!
The screen freezes and won't let me type any more. I get a message saying "autodraft saved".
I have to come right off the forum and then restart. Sometimes there is a draft saved, sometimes not.

I do contribute to other forums and don't have any problems. Is it an issue for anyone else?

Hi Ian,
I have updated the board to the latest version today.

It could be the auto draft function which was requested some time ago causing the issue. But as I am writing my reply, it is autosaving and I'm still able to type my response.

Please let me know if the issue persists - but I can see it working as I would expect right now.

Ian please can you check your autodraft settings inside your user control panel (available once signed in from the arrow on your name top right of the screen.

I think mine are default at 20 seconds but you can alter this.



Or you can turn off Autodraft to see if that is the cause of your issue by changing the 20 in the upper box to 0 (zero)
