In 1968 an MGB entered this event the MGB was driven by Jean Denton and finished 42nd and was awarded the first sports car prize.
The MGB Register have rescued the car after it was discovered after 35 years in a garage.
We intend displaying it at MG Live in June.
We will be wanting support for this project to bring it back to it's original condition.
Here are some pictures of it now, it left the MG factory as a BRG car but was painted metalic gold with a black bonnet for the event.
