Just drive it for now. Come winter I think it'll be replace the brake discs, pads, fit new poly bushes and refresh suspension front and rear. Maybe fit a lowering kit as well

Re: Squeaking wheel
Found the cause of the squeak. It was a pair of knackered steering gaiters. So they have been replaced. What is odd with this car is the big ticket items have been done but there's lots of little cheap but fiddly ones (Overdrive switch, tired old dizzy, steering gaiters) that haven't been done or ha...

Re: Squeaking wheel
It has some on. But the squeak isn't when braking. The brakes make no noise at all when in use.

Squeaking wheel
I have a squeak coming from my front wheels. At first I thought it might be a wheel bearing so I took the hubs off on both sides and they're fine. They look like they're in good condition. Hood captive nuts
4 of the 6 nuts that hold the hood on my 77 Roadster have either come loose or gone missing. A previous owner has tried to use Riv nuts. I've never welded before (plus not owning any welding equipment) so I'm not confident doing that myself. Anyone near to Barry (South Wales) able to help or suggest...

Re: Additional fuse options
Hey Bumpa,
The relays in my car are rather messy. What did you use to keep them all neat and in a row there?
