I have recently fitted the Accuspark distributer with 8mm silicone leads and Accuspark sports coil to my 71 Auto B GT. Much improved starting and and was simple to fit. Timed it with a digital meter and there was a strong and reliable spark spot on at 14 degrees BTDC. Reliability time will tell. Pete

Now the 5th January still no December or January issues delivered by snail mail, another MG Car Club member nearby is in the same situation, does anyone know how the mountain of un delivered mail is going to be sorted and by when? Happy New year everybody

I fitted parabolic rear springs with Gaz adjustable dampers to my 71 GT, it has transformed the ride and I am delighted. Well worth the expense. Pete

Well after my previous post regarding parabolics with no replies , I decided to fit parabolic springs and GAZ dampers to my 71 BGT, had it all fitted up last Wednesday with no real problems getting the old springs etc off. Hi Guys My standard 7 leaf springs are a bit tired and flat, so looking to replace them ASAP, is it worth changing to the MGOC Parabolic Springs, do they improve significantly the comfort levels and are GAZ shocks good to compliment them. It would be good to hear from anybody with their experiences....

Nice new Mota Lita leather steering wheel & boss for my new baby. Got the car a month ago after a year of searching, delighted with a fully restored to a very high standard 1971 B GT. my 11th MG. Hope to be at events in 22. Pete
