Re: Anyone have an email addy for the person that maintains the MGB database ?

Hi Andy, yes that's the body number. I believe that the GBD prefix and P suffix is unique to the MGB GT.

Re: NFW 890F

Hi Dave, I didn't realise you were the person who originally registered it. I think your details must have been removed when the car went to Sweden. Yes, we'll be pleased to put an appeal in the next Newsletter. (PS the picture of the Card didn't come through)

Re: NFW 890F

Hi Dave, This car is a very early member of the Register - No. 151! It is listed as being in Sweden but we have no further information. We can put a Lost & Found appeal in the Newsletter and Website, let me know if you would like me to do this.

Kind Regards,
Andrew,

Re: Vacuum advance misfire

It is worth checking that the vacuum advance pipe and the rubber connectors at each end are in good condition. The connectors sometimes split allowing air to be drawn in.

Re: Bicester Scramble 6th Janury 2019

Hi Olivier, if you have the time you can still come in a 'modern', it doesn't cost very much more. If you do, come over to the MG Car Club area and say hello. If you can't make it there are many more events planned for 2019. Our events page is at www.mgb-register.org/events
