Aussie MGB Build Date

Hi to all, I understand that this subject has probably been done to death by new owners but I was hoping someone could give me a definitive answer or point me in the right direction to find the accurate build date and other relevant dates for a very early MGB which was first registered in Australia in late January 1964. From the plate on the vehicle are the following numbers:
TYPE: YGHN3
CAR NO. 21131 (then a space and the further numbers) 967
ENGINE NO. 18GUH22641
COLOUR NURBURG WHITE
I have very recently purchased the vehicle and trying to fill in a few gaps. Fortunately I have the original sales paperwork for the car and a reasonable complete history over the journey of 7 or so owners. If anyone can assist or let me know if I can access the original records in archives or whatever I would be very grateful. Cheers Michael (Tasmania, Australia)
