Hi David,
Sorry to be pedantic but you said in your last post that you checked the flow before the filter, it needs to be checked after just before the connection to the carbs. I also assume you have installed the filter the correct way round? ?? !!!!
Cheers, Charles

Wasn’t being very clear Charles. I should have said I checked both before and after filter with no difference in result.
Yes, arrow pointing in right direction.

Will check flow again at pump exit. Can’t find any info about pick ups in tank but considering blowing compressed air into tank via fuel outlet.

Also thinking of taking off inlet manifold completely to check seating following Vic’s comment about manifolds. Had an A series engined car some 40 years ago which would run because no vacuum at inlet.

Cheers David.

David, no need to remove the inlet manifold. The core plugs are at each end. You can see the front one and feel for the rear one.

Sure understand Vic but could be issues of incorrect seating of manifold to head or leaking from other plugged holes.
At present concentrating on fuel flow issue as highlighted in my other topic.
Thanks David.

Just had a thought David re fuel flow. Have you the correct vented filler cap? Is there a rush of sir when you undo it?
