Inexistent horn bullet terminal

So, this is the state of the horn contact. Clearly not connected to the slip ring. Can I bend it back or do I need a new one?

Carefully bend it back and make sure the surfaces are clean, if that doesn't work investigate further.

From Picture 1 it looks like the switch gear is not fitted high enough to activate the self cancel for indicators.

The horn is fixed, just had to bend the horn contact back so it touched the plate. Easy fix when you know how. Thank you to all that helped!
