MGB 60

Post by GeoffK »

Such a fantastic sight seeing so many Bs at Gaydon yesterday and so many in such splendid condition. Does anyone know how many were there? My son had to park in the visitors car park and he said that there were many more there in addition to the exhibitors park.
Cheers Geoff

Hi Geoff,

During the first introduction of time line cars the commentator said there was already at least 1000 MGBs there.
I took a picture from the Jaguar building (see attached) as that was the only place my mobile could give some sense of the numbers there.
Well done & thanks to the organisers .

Cheers

Charles

Hopefully a number will come up.

I understand 1050 were booked in, some would have also arrived last minute. After looking outside & weather checking.

It was an impressive display.

A Big Thank You to everyone who made it a day to remember.

😉👍

Had a fantastic day @MGB60, started out 05.30 and arrived just before 9.00 (with top down - on the roadster!!) great to see so many MGB’s in all differing states, some “standard” others highly modified but all looking resplendent in the sunshine (yes there was some!!)
Great day and well organised- thanks one and all for all the effort of pulling this together.
