I fitted blue poly bushes a few years ago and kept the original fulcrum pins. I've not had any issues with them. I recently had them all apart too to fit new stub axles and couldn't see any unusual wear or damage to the fulcrum pins.

I believe it helps direct air flow through the radiator - rather than round the bottom of it. Certainly cant hurt to have one. Also, the chrome ones look good!

I have been looking into that as it happens. From what I've read you can get a complete pair of Koyo needle bearings and washers direct from suppliers for about £25, so I might give that a go if I get time.

Has anyone got any experience with recon stub axles? Mine need replacing and recon units seem a better deal at half the price of 'new' ones, but I have seen some negative feedback about quality online.
