Re: Insurance Cover for "Non Essential Journeys."

This afternoon I received an e newsletter from the Land Rover insurance company on the subject of whether insurance cover for a journey that might be deemed "non essential" would be invalid. The answer is categorically NO. Provided the driver and vehicle are both legal then insurance cove...

Re: E10 petrol and our MGs

Thanks for the useful comments Peter, I suspect it would be far easier to replace pipes and gaskets etc. To be honest, I think my question was a bit silly in anycase 🤣 However, on this subject. E10 is something our American friends have had since the 1980's, and is currently being discussed on anoth...

Re: E10 petrol and our MGs

All this talk of rotting inards on our fuel systems along with the inevitable huge price rises, what's the view on possible LPG convertions? Is it, or could it become practical/viable?

Fitting a new hood - Cambridgeshire

Hi all A chap on another car forum is asking for a little "MG" advice. Thought I'd ask on here as you never know. The chap is in his 80's now, and I understand has restored a number of classics over the years. He has recently aquired a MGB and needs some help fitting a new hood. He lives i...
