According to an App called Vehicle Smart the MOT ran out in August last year 2018, test number 7050 8688 3933.
The advisory report showed various corrosion points, plus suspension deteriorated badly.
I would suggest the owner may still have the MGB and has not re MOTD it.

I run the Aldon igniter electronic system and my standard revcounter works fine, it’s on a 1964 B with positive earth
