Hi Allan Yes should read the post before submitting. The lights were only changed in the dash, however found the person had changed the flasher unit, with cheap Chinese one. I changed this out for quality unit and everything now works fine. Just shows how quality units worth there money Thanks Jim

Sorry should have been more clear, only changed indicator bulbs in the
My concern is the when starting the engine there is a fast flash on both indicator lights.
Regarding the relay, I change the dash lights on my own 1800 MGB with issues, changed nothing.

Hi needing some advice/ help . I just changed indicator bulbs to LEDs , now when I start the car I can I see a flash through the lights just as the car starts, only for a split second. Now when driving the car the indicators are playing up, sometimes not working other flashing very fast , then time ...

Mario, when you do the brakes , do one at a time this let’s you see how the other side is done, one point to look out for is the leading edge on the brake shoes, these should be going with the rotation of the wheel.
