Re: What did you do with your MG over the weekend.

Fitted fresh air cleaner elements to my Rubber Bumper GT prior to friend Paul (diehard chrome bumper MGB fanatic) driving a Rubber Bumper for the first time. After a spirited drive up the Udimore Road (some lovely tight bends) any Rubber Bumper prejudices were blown to the weeds-he was greatly impre...

Re: Chrome Plating

Hi Stuart, I have used a company based in Hythe, Kent, who did an excellent job of rechroming my original B bumpers. They are not the cheapest, but I was very pleased with the finished article. They trade as Central Engineering Design, Unit 1, Riverside Industrial Estate, West Hythe, Hythe, Kent, CT...

MGB GT3 Project.

Following the feature in the latest issue of Autosport of a MGB GT3 project, I Googled it and found the following site which I am sure will be of interest to fellow MGB fans: http://www.speedhunters.com/2014/09/im- ... going-mgb/
Enjoy!!

Re: Rubber bumper MGB GT wanted, preferably in white.

Hi John, Thank you. Hopefully will be on the Spring Run, but probably in my 1966 Mineral Blue GT as I need to get some miles under its wheels since its restoration.

Re: Rubber bumper MGB GT wanted, preferably in white.

Thank you to everyone who viewed my post. I have purchased a 1979 GT in Snapdragon Yellow in lovely condition and with only 48,000 certified miles from new. Being yellow it looks a bit like a "Rubber Duck", well I always give my cars names! Sad isn't it?!

Re: Rubber bumper MGB GT wanted, preferably in white.

Hi Peter, Thanks for the information-never bought at auction, but worth a look-keeping my eyes peeled as there seems to be a lot of interest in good BGT's at present, even rubber bumper versions!
Regards,
Graham

Rubber bumper MGB GT wanted, preferably in white.

Having just completed a two year rebuild to my 1966 MGB GT, I find myself hankering for an every day GT. The '66 car is now far too nice to be used every day and will be used for touring, club runs etc. So if anyone out there knows of a nice condition rubber bumper GT in white, please let me know. P...

Re: Replica tax discs

I recently purchased some period, reproduction, tax discs for my 1966 MGBGT from an excellent gentleman called Gregory Powell. His website is most informative http://www.poplargreg.com; email: greg@poplargreg.com, or telephone: 01432 353963; mobile: 07710267336. He charges around £10 for 3 tax discs...
